Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our V.I.B.E.S service model
Drive recruitment and staffing efforts to ensure consistent store coverage throughout the year
Lead the team in achieving performance metrics including sales, customer service, and product engagement
Own and lead all daily retail operations, driving team accountability for delivering exceptional consumer service
Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives
Adhere to all HEYDUDE policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives

Must be 18 years or older
4+ years of retail experience with a preference for prior Store Manager experience
Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
Proven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance and achieving results
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function
