Strong Compensation Domain Expertise
Experience in Setting up Compensation process
Experience in handling end to end Compensation Cycle for minimum 3 to 4
Supported the Compensation Solution implementation as end user
Should know all parts of Compensation and Variable Pay module, including compensation statements.
Should know how to route forms when needed.
Should be able to understand formula on Compensation worksheets.
Understand how Update forms work.
Actively supports post-implementation support and knowledge transfer documentation.
