Role Overview
- Engage with business stakeholders and manage customer conversations
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Prepare and maintain BRD (Business Requirement Documents) and FRD (Functional Requirement Documents)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirement clarity and delivery
- Support project lifecycle with standard BA practices
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in BRD and FRD documentation
- Experience in finance and manufacturing domains
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of standard Business Analyst processes
