Coordinate with the Engineering Department during the product documentation release stage to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage project configuration activities through Teamcenter system.
Ensure alignment between engineering specifications and manufacturing requirements.
Define and maintain the Bill of Materials (BOM) for each project.
Develop and manage the Bill of Processes (BOP) for all stages of Concrete Tower manufacturing.
Ensure accuracy and consistency between engineering data and production processes.
Lead the Process Committee for Concrete Tower operations.
Drive change management activities related to process updates, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Define and release procurement plans based on project requirements.
Coordinate closely with Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment between project milestones and material lead times.
Monitor and mitigate risks related to material availability and project timelines.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to manufacturing processes and project execution.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in process engineering and production efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Production or related field)
4–6 years of experience in industrialization engineering or a similar role
Experience in precast concrete, construction, or manufacturing industries
Strong understanding of precast concrete manufacturing processes
Hands-on experience with Teamcenter for product lifecycle management
Working knowledge of SAP / ERP systems
Strong understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Processes (BOP)
Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to manage cross-functional coordination effectively
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
Spanish: Preferred (added advantage).
