Role Overview
- Define and own the architecture strategy for AI platforms and applications across Rackspace
- Design scalable, reusable AI architecture patterns including agentic systems and orchestration frameworks
- Create and govern architecture standards and conduct design reviews
- Lead build vs. buy vs. partner decisions for AI tooling and frameworks
- Ensure interoperability across teams, platforms, and services
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software architecture
- Hands-on experience designing production-grade agentic systems and LLM-integrated applications
- Expert-level Python experience, including async patterns and production-grade engineering practices
- Deep expertise in AWS Cloud Architecture across compute, networking, storage, and managed AI services
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and designing production workloads
- Familiarity with MLOps practices
- Experience with LangChain/LangGraph
- Contributions to open source AI or developer tooling projects
