Manage the project from approval through implementation by tracking product and project scope, schedule, costs/investments, change control, risks and lessons learned;
Keep project documentation up to date by updating project schedules, project site and documentation for approved projects using project management tools;
Ensure that involved areas deliver to meet project objectives — cost and schedule — by conducting team (cell) meetings, help-chain coordination, escalations and presentations, using the Project Management Model;
Remove project impediments by working with functional areas and decision-makers whenever there is a technical barrier or other issue preventing progress, seeking effective solutions to advance the project;
Report and communicate project progress through continuous visibility for stakeholders and corporate targets;
Drive continuous improvement of processes by providing information, knowledge and examples during reviews of workflows and interfacing area processes and standard project documentation, contributing to ongoing improvement of our processes and projects;
Promote an effective communication plan among team members to support sharing of technical information and the company’s strategic objectives, contributing to project growth and innovation;
Implement an effective communication plan within the team to facilitate sharing of technical information and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives;
Analyze complex situations, identify challenges and propose effective solutions to support project management;
Ability to create and sustain constructive relationships with different stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, International Relations, Pharmacy, Business Administration or related fields;
Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Experience with project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, CPM, etc.);
Experience managing external partnership projects in the pharmaceutical industry;
Knowledge of risk management (development of risk matrices);
Previous experience in project management, partnerships or strategic alliances;
Familiarity with Six Sigma methodology (PDCA, etc.);
Knowledge of Power BI;
Advanced/Fluent English.
