Role Overview
- Conducting a broad range of ethics and compliance responsibilities
- Supporting the PwC US Ethics & Compliance program
- Intake, planning, conducting and reporting on investigations of misconduct allegations
- Providing guidance on policy and firm values to partners and employees
- Conducting root cause analyses and identifying compliance vulnerabilities
- Drafting and delivering ethics and compliance training and communications
- Collaborating with key stakeholders across the firm
Requirements
- 7 years minimum experience in ethics and compliance, governance, risk management, audit, law or related fields
- Regular LL.B from a reputed law school/university is mandatory
- LL.M., CCEP-I; CFE is desirable
- Proven intimate knowledge of investigation roles involving plan, review, interview, forensic and audit in the case investigation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven abilities in managing ethics, compliance, governance, and/or risk management programs and operations
- Experience in multi-cultural and diverse environments
- Ability to handle conflicts professionally and respectfully
