About this role
Role Overview
Support communication with suppliers, carrying out quotes, monitoring proposals, and providing support for negotiations conducted by the responsible team;
Manage and track orders and deliveries, recording information in internal systems and flagging any deviations in deadlines or quality;
Update and organize data in spreadsheets and internal systems to support the department's activities;
Assist in monitoring administrative and procurement indicators (deadlines, costs, order status);
Maintain administrative relationships with suppliers, ensuring an adequate flow of information and documents;
Provide support to internal departments (logistics, finance, operations), assisting in aligning routines and processes;
Organize files, reports, and administrative documents, ensuring compliance and easy retrieval.
Requirements
Completed high school education or currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields;
Previous experience in administrative or purchasing roles;
Experience with administrative routines such as data entry, order tracking, and deadline control;
Strong organizational skills and comfort working with basic data;
Good communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal departments;
