Prepare monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations
Research and resolve variances during the reconciliation process
Conduct monthly revenue and expense variance analysis
Prepare month-end journal entries and financial reports
Support the monthly and quarterly close of agency management systems
Assist in onboarding new Partners to Corporate Accounting processes
Review aged accounts receivable (>180 days) and producer commission payables quarterly
Audit cash and bank account activity to ensure accurate postings
Fulfill audit requests and support annual audit preparation
Contribute to year-end processes including budgeting, 1099s, unclaimed property, and state apportionment
Reconcile intercompany balances between Acrisure Partners
Provide prompt, courteous, and high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
1–2 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial analysis
Experience with balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
Prior work with both income statement and balance sheet required
Insurance industry experience (preferred)
Experience with general ledger systems (Workday preferred)
Familiarity with insurance management systems such as AMS360, Applied Epic, or TAM (highly desired)
