Drive hiring execution for North America GTM teams, including Sales, Customer & Partner Experience, and Marketing, with flexibility to support other business areas as needed
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for key business-critical roles and future hiring needs
Leverage sourcing strategies, market research, and recruiting data to identify and engage top SaaS talent
Partner closely with hiring leaders to align on talent strategy, hiring priorities, and market insights
Support full-cycle recruiting activities including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and candidate management
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear, timely, and transparent communication
Use recruiting technology and tools effectively, including ATS and CRM platforms such as Workday and Gem
Collaborate cross-functionally with People & Culture, Compensation, People Operations, and business leaders to drive hiring success
Contribute to Talent Acquisition process improvements, operational excellence, and recruiting best practices
Act as a brand ambassador for Workiva and help strengthen our employer brand across the North American talent market
Foster an environment of integrity, inclusion, and fairness aligned with Workiva’s values
Requirements
4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within SaaS or high-growth technology organizations
Experience recruiting for GTM functions such as Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Marketing, or Revenue Operations
Demonstrated success building talent pipelines and sourcing passive candidates
Experience partnering with hiring leaders in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and expertise
