Own the product vision, roadmap, and operating model for Genmab’s AI and automation platforms.
Lead Power Platform adoption and maturity.
Establish a “platform as a product” approach.
Partner with InfoSec, Privacy, Compliance, Legal, and Enterprise Architecture to ensure data protection.
Create a library of reusable components so teams don’t reinvent the wheel.
Launch and run an enablement program: onboarding, learning paths, internal playbooks.
Develop clear guidance: when to use Power Automate vs. other enterprise tools.

Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or similar.
5+ years experience in data science or technology functions.
Strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate in an enterprise context.
Demonstrated ownership of a platform program: governance + enablement + adoption at scale.
Proven ability to influence in a matrix (Security, Compliance, Legal, Data, Architecture, business functions).
Background as a builder (software engineering, automation engineering, platform engineering, or similar).
