Role Overview
- Lead influencer outreach, relationship management, and campaign execution
- Identify potential influencer and brand partnership opportunities
- Handle negotiations related to deliverables, usage rights, timelines, and rates
- Oversee influencer campaigns from planning through execution
- Ensure all campaign deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers
- Collaborate with the social media team to align content with campaign goals
- Track campaign metrics including engagement rates and conversions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing with a focus on outreach, contract negotiation, and campaign management
- Experience managing influencer partnerships across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and engagement metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with influencers and clients
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and optimize strategies
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
