Plan, coordinate, and execute installation projects from kickoff to completion.
Install, program, and commission access control, CCTV, and burglar alarm systems.
Mentor and supervise field crews.
Ensure safety and quality; manage schedules and troubleshoot issues.
Maintain strong customer and internal communications to deliver successful projects.
Requirements
Some technical school training is a plus.
5+ years of electrical and electronic equipment experience with demonstrated programming aptitude.
Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings.
Experience bending conduit.
Ability to always operate fleet vehicle in a safe manner.
Proven Leadership experience in installation or field operations
Hands on experience installing and programming various access, CCTV and burglar alarm systems; familiarity with IP video, door controllers, readers, alarm panels and related software.
Ability to communicate and provide excellent customer service.
