Lead M365 Security & Compliance areas, including Purview and DLP
Ensure adherence of all M365 workloads to governance, legal, compliance, and privacy requirements
Manage Purview policies: sensitivity labels, retention, insider risk, eDiscovery, audit configuration, and DLP controls
Govern secure external collaboration and data-sharing scenarios
Monitor Evergreen changes and ensure compliance settings remain continuously updated
Collaborate closely with M365 Operations, Digital COE Product Team, M365 Solution Architects, and Power Platform teams

Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Purview and DLP
Background working with security, legal, compliance, or governance stakeholders
Ability to operate in a complex global environment with strong communication and collaboration skills
Expertise across core M365 workloads (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange) and compliance‑related configurations
