Role Overview
- Manage and evaluate the wage and salary function
- Provide advice on pay decisions and job evaluation
- Analyze client’s current pay practices
- Develop recommendations to adjust salary structure
- Benchmark positions and ensure valid market rate comparisons
- Prepare wage and salary information in spreadsheet format
- Promote the extension of compensation services to clients
- Develop techniques for data presentation
Requirements
- CCP preferred
- Must be analytical and mathematical
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (spreadsheet, word processing, presentation software)
- Advanced use of statistical software (e.g., SPSS)
- 2-3 years of compensation experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with top management
