Design, implement and continuously evolve the Group's corporate travel policy in alignment with HR and Senior Management
Ensure the comfort and well-being of travelling employees (travel class standards, accommodation quality, journey time management)
Oversee and administer the online booking platform (Self Booking Tool) and expense management systems
Promote alternatives to physical travel (video conferencing, collaboration tools) in line with the remote working policy
Requirements
Strategic management of the Group’s vehicle fleet, from acquisition and maintenance to compliance, driver safety and total cost of ownership optimisation
Design and manage the traveler risk management program: employee tracking, alerts, and emergency response procedures
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to anticipate travel needs by employee population and business unit
Raise awareness among managers and employees about fatigue risks and the right to disconnect while on assignment
Analyze Travel & Expense (T&E) spending and produce regular reports for HR leadership and senior management
Train and coach employees on the corporate travel policy, booking tools and best practices
