Conduct oversight testing of the RBC Financial Crime units and controls
Complete oversight testing activities including facilitating business process/control walkthroughs
Assist in drafting test plans and execute operational and design effectiveness testing
Identify issues and develop validation of issue action plans
Provide executive reporting on oversight testing engagements
Proactively identify risks, trends, themes, and systemic breakdowns in AML and operational controls
Participate in strategic discussions to drive efficiency/productivity through testing initiatives

At least three years of experience in AML SME within a second line or audit testing function
Sound knowledge of international laws and regulations related to AML, ATF, ABAC and Sanctions
Working background/experience with major business segments of RBC or other global financial institutions
Strong written and oral communication skills; business writing experience
Very strong interpersonal and analytical skills
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Very good working knowledge of Microsoft suite of software
Nice to have: Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS)
Nice to have: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
Nice to have: Certified Financial Crimes Specialist (ACFS)
