Senior Digital Product Owner – D365 CE, Sales and Customer Service

Role Overview

• Define and own Dynamics 365 CE product vision and roadmap
• Drive integration strategies between CE, F&O, third-party, and legacy systems
• Prepare test scripts, validations, and support go-live activities
• Manage DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and environment strategies for CE projects

Requirements

• 8–10+ years in ERP/CRM solution delivery
• 6+ years hands-on with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE
• Experience in end-to-end D365 implementations
• Certification in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service
• Strong background in solution design, integrations, and performance optimization
• Skilled in Azure DevOps, backlog management, Agile execution
• Practical experience with Power Platform and Azure services
