You are the primary owner of Endeavor Romania’s event portfolio. This spans annual flagship events, recurring community gatherings, and events embedded within specific programs and initiatives.
Build and maintain an annual events calendar across all Endeavor Romania programs and initiatives, ensuring visibility, sequencing, and sufficient lead time for each event.
Act as project manager for each event: define scope, set timelines, assign tasks, track progress, and manage budgets from concept through post-event close-out.
Develop and execute end-to-end event logistics: venue selection, catering, AV, vendor coordination, guest management, and on-site execution.
Anticipate and proactively resolve logistical challenges to ensure seamless delivery.
Leverage project management tools (Notion, spreadsheets, or similar) and AI tools to streamline planning, automate recurring tasks, and scale your capacity across a growing event calendar.
After each event, produce a structured debrief: document what worked, what didn’t, and what changes will be made next time.
Build and maintain event playbooks for recurring formats (program kick-offs, annual showcases, community gatherings), so that quality is reproducible and the standard rises each edition.
Coordinate the full participant journey across teams, ensuring each audience receives the right communications at the right time, well before the event itself.
Serve as the dedicated events lead for specific Endeavor Romania projects, including programs such as the Scaleup Program and the Family Offices initiative, designing and delivering event experiences that support each program’s goals and audience.
Work closely with program leads to understand objectives, define the event strategy for each program cycle, and ensure events are well-integrated with broader program activities.
Own or co-own recurring program events (e.g., cohort kick-offs, milestone gatherings, annual showcases) and continuously refine the format based on feedback and outcomes.
Create the digital identity for each event: naming, visual identity, landing pages, registration flows, and post-event communications.
Coordinate the production of event-specific branded materials (invitations, social assets, signage, recap decks).
Capture and document events through photos, written recaps, and social content; manage post-event follow-up with attendees and partners.
Identify, approach, and negotiate with potential event partners, sponsors, and co-organizers.
Build a pipeline of recurring and new partners aligned with Endeavor Romania’s mission and specific event or program themes.
Manage partner deliverables and ensure mutual commitments are fulfilled.
Serve as a key point of contact for event-related stakeholder communications: entrepreneurs, mentors, sponsors, media, and the Endeavor global team.
Build and maintain strong relationships within the Romanian startup and investor ecosystem to drive event participation and community impact.
Co-organize and participate in external ecosystem events to strengthen Endeavor Romania’s visibility and network.
Monitor and analyze event engagement metrics; produce concise post-event reports with actionable insights for internal teams.
Contribute to community-building through regular touchpoints, follow-ups, and value-add initiatives beyond events.
