Support the onboarding process by reviewing customer information and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Perform KYC checks and flag any inconsistencies or potential issues to senior team members.
Help maintain organized records of completed verifications and compliance checks.
Assist in compiling reports and data sets for internal audits and compliance monitoring.
Track and escalate potential compliance risks or policy breaches to the appropriate team.
Support process improvements by identifying bottlenecks or recurring issues during user verification.
Stay informed about relevant KYC/AML requirements and help ensure Bamboo remains compliant with evolving regulations.
Work closely with internal teams like Customer Support, Operations, and Treasury to support user onboarding and financial compliance activities.
Participate in compliance-related training and contribute to internal documentation updates as needed.

1-3 years of experience in compliance, operations, or a related support/analyst role—ideally in fintech or financial services.
Foundational knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and onboarding processes.
Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools.
Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues.
A willingness to learn and grow within a high-paced, regulated environment.
