Collaborate in defining Production Plans, contributing to the program's overall strategy
Support the development of budgets and operational plans for assigned programs
Assist in evaluating program performance, identifying strengths, and areas for improvement
Participate in approving and managing product changes and deviations to meet project objectives effectively
Provide regular updates on program status to the program's stakeholders throughout its life cycle
Analyze risks associated with program execution and propose mitigation strategies
Assist in manufacturing management activities, ensuring efficient production processes and resource utilization

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in program management
Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
Excellent time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and achievable deadlines for resolution
Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Spanish
Basic understanding of System Engineering
Previous involvement in International Projects
Familiarity with avionics customers
Knowledge of avionics products and functionalities
