Administer and manage the Coupa platform including advanced user access controls, system configurations, vendor data, approval workflows, and system updates.
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting, ensuring high system availability and resolving complex user issues.
Develop and deliver user training programs, provide mentorship, and maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, workflows, and procedures.
Ensure compliance and data security, aligning system setup with group procurement policies.
Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support procurement insights, sourcing performance, and executive decision-making.
Manage and optimize Coupa design and configuration, ensuring alignment with business needs and data integrity.
Collaborate with IT to ensure proper integration of Coupa with other company systems (ERP Netsuite or other applications).
Maintain system documentation and process guidelines and manage IT audit on your scope.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement with a focus on purchase-to-pay (P2P) and source-to-contract (S2C) activities.
Hands-on experience with Coupa or other e-Procurement platform (system administration, data maintenance, reporting, user support).
Previous experience using JIRA or ticket systems to manage user requests and ensure timely resolution.
Strong focus on customer service and user satisfaction, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
