SQL Support Specialist

Role Overview

• Optimize Performance and Data Integrity as SQL Support Specialist
• Troubleshoot performance and data issues for production databases
• Serve as a technical liaison for cloud and self-hosted environments
• Champion knowledge sharing through technical articles
• Spearhead software migrations and upgrades

Requirements

• Proven expertise in writing complex Microsoft Transact-SQL queries
• Troubleshooting triggers, views, and stored procedures
• Deep working knowledge of Microsoft Reporting Services
• Financial Statements Reporting, or Crystal Reports troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience managing SQL Server Database Administration
• Relational database concepts in AWS or Azure
• Strong technical problem-solving skills
• Clear, professional customer communication
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience in database support
