Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field

Typically requires a minimum of 8+ years of experience in project management managing technical or IT-related projects
Strong understanding of Agile Methodologies including story point demand planning experience
High proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Align, MS Project)
PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud technologies, infrastructure, and integration projects
AI product portfolio management experience including machine learning, natural language processing, generative AI, and agentic systems, with a focus on their practical applications in project delivery and IT operations
Exposure to agentic workflows and interest in agentic value capture
Proficiency in using enterprise-approved AI tools and platforms (e.g., Co-Pilot, GitHub, Claude, Windsurf) to enhance project planning, execution, automation, and data-driven decision-making
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience leading or contributing to broader digital transformation efforts across diverse teams.
Commitment to continuous learning, especially in response to the rapidly evolving emerging technologies relevant to project management and enterprise operations.
