Review trusts (revocable and irrevocable), wills, and ancillary documents and break out the information into our deliverable.
Flowchart the existing documents to show what happens at the death of each beneficiary.
Work with estate planning attorneys to include potential strategies for asset protection, income tax, or estate tax concerns and incorporate their observations.
Create a new master flowchart depicting what the overall proposed strategies would look like.
Update the status of current cases and ensure all cases are being managed efficiently.
Communicate with affiliated advisors and attorneys to ensure their questions are answered and the cases are moving along.
Requirements
3+ years’ experience in estate planning.
Exceptional attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy in reviewing trust structures, coordinating documentation, and managing follow‑through across complex workflows.
Core understanding of revocable trusts and sub trusts created within them.
Highly collaborative with experience in servicing the needs of affluent and institutional clients.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills, creative problem-solving, and effective decision making.
Ability to multi-task and follow up.
Polished presentation skills and ability to interact with sophisticated clients and advisors.
