Responsible for the configuration, management, and optimization of World Renew’s core IT platforms.
Ensure secure, reliable, and compliant operations across a multi-site humanitarian organization.
Provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting to users worldwide.
Support digital transformation initiatives and safeguard sensitive data.
Lead digital transformation initiatives including migration, integration, and adoption of new technologies.
Partner with program and operations teams to understand technology needs.
Design and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans for global operations.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field required.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on systems administration experience in a global, multi-site organization.
Direct experience supporting Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and ideally Sage Intacct, CommCare, Nexonia, and Dayforce.
Experience providing support to remote teams in low-connectivity environments.
Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain IT concepts clearly to non-technical staff.
