About this role
Role Overview
- Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery for Materials Management (MM) with Warehouse Management (WM) across greenfield implementations and multi-country rollouts
- Own global template definition for Procure-to-Pay, inventory, and warehouse operations; ensure scalable integrations with SD/PP/FI and external logistics partners
- Define and own the global template for P2P, inventory, and warehouse processes (inbound/outbound, putaway, picking, cross-docking, physical inventory)
- Architect EWM solutions (decentralized/embedded), slotting, labor management, wave management, yard and dock appointment scheduling
- Establish integration patterns: MM–SD, MM–PP, EWM with TM/GTS, 3PL interfaces, label printing, RF devices, barcode/scan flows
- Create HLD/LLD, interface specs (IDoc/API), WRICEF inventory, and warehouse automation designs
Requirements
- Deep expertise in MM (procurement, inventory, valuation, split valuation)
- WM (LE-WM)
- EWM (S/4HANA embedded or decentralized)
- Strong integration with SD, PP, FI/CO; hands-on with TM/GTS preferred
- Experience with RF , HU management, batch/serial management, storage control, and cross-docking
- Proficiency with WRICEF , IDoc/API patterns, and performance troubleshooting (queues, background jobs)
