Role Overview
Oversee a team of 9+ employees with authority to hire and performance manage the team by ensure goals are set and monitored.
Create an environment where employees are engaged, empowered, enthusiastic and committed to the success of the company by encouraging diverse thoughts and ideas.
Provide coaching, feedback, and development to team members ensuring everyone is treated fairly and with respect.
Understand the competitive landscape, its impact on the local market and develop strategies to gain market share and reduce loss of current market share.
Oversee operational performance and support all sales growth, Inventory Solutions profitability strategies, and other plans in partnership with Account Managers.
Balance operating expenses with higher level of service, while looking for ways to improve processes and remove non-value added activities.
Monitor controllable expenses to achieve the assigned expense target.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
1+ years management experience required
Project management, planning, and facilitation skills.
