About this role
Role Overview
- Support the Commercial Analysis team in delivering insight across revenue and customer performance.
- Primary focus on our Regional Bus Division during growth and transformation.
- Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Influence senior decision-making in driving commercial performance.
- Assess new funding schemes and make recommendations.
- Ensure accurate revenue allocation across depots with Finance.
- Produce detailed budgets and forecasts for Volume, Revenue & Yield.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Commercial Analyst, Commercial Manager or similar.
- Demonstrable experience of interacting with senior business leaders.
- Understanding of a commercial business and growth drivers.
- Proven ability to integrate quickly into a new business.
- Thorough, inquisitive, and innovative mindset.
- Self-motivated with ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent analytical mindset with broad commercial acumen.
- Advanced Excel skills and Power BI literate.
- High levels of resilience to take input and direction.
