About this role

Drive revenue and build customer relationships by managing inbound inquiries and conducting outbound sales calls
Provide product information and resolve customer issues
Serve as a key point of contact for customers
Ensure accurate order processing and proactive outreach
Coordinate with operations and logistics for timely fulfillment
Conduct outbound calls to existing customers and engage new customers within assigned markets
Maintain accurate customer records and collaborate with cross-functional teams

2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, order management, or equivalent
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with ERP and CRM systems
Ability to handle both transactional order processing and proactive sales outreach
Preferred: Experience in construction, concrete products, building materials, or industrial sales
Preferred: Experience supporting field sales teams
Familiarity with technical or engineered products
