Disciplinary and technical leadership of the sales team for BMS (Building Management System) installations in Germany
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and margins
Analyze market trends and derive measures for business development
Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with contracts and company policies
Responsible for the team's order intake and financial performance, including target agreements
Maintain existing customer relationships and actively acquire new customers
Conduct contract and price negotiations in accordance with internal guidelines
Prepare annual sales plans including budgeting and forecasting
Promote sales best practices and coach and develop the team

Degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in sales and team leadership
Solid knowledge of measurement, control and regulation technology
Strong leadership and communication skills, strategic thinking and negotiation skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Valid driving licence (Class B)
