Lead the growth and development of FSC membership across the European region
Analyze the current membership landscape to identify gaps in chamber and geographical representation
Identify and engage potential new members that strengthen FSC's mission and diversity across the region
Design and implement outreach strategies to expand FSC's European membership base
Develop and execute an engagement plan that increases and diversifies participation across chambers and geographies
Build and maintain strong relationships with members, regional networks, and stakeholder communities
drawing on an established European professional network
Deliver high-quality member services, keeping members informed on key FSC processes, governance, and strategic topics
Provide guidance, information, and training to members across the region as needed
Act as a trusted point of contact and advocate for European members within FSC International
Requirements
University degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, International Relations, Communications, Environmental Studies, Social Sciences, or equivalent
Demonstrated professional experience, including stakeholder relations, outreach, or membership/network development with international organizations or cross-border project
Proven track record working within or across European institutions, networks, civil society, or multi-stakeholder platforms as well as engaging diverse actors across different European countries and cultural contexts
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across cultural and sectoral boundaries
Excellent networking ability with an existing or readily buildable European professional network
Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
Fluency in one or more additional European languages (e.g. French, Spanish) is a strong advantage and reflects the regional scope of this role
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
