Join our Sales team as a Renewal Sales Representative, supporting our AMER small-business customers.
You’ll manage renewals, protect recurring revenue, and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
You’ll build relationships with customers whose licences are due for renewal, identify risks early, and work with them to ensure continuity.
You’ll also develop a strong understanding of Redgate’s products and the surrounding technology landscape, enabling you to spot where customers could benefit from additional solutions.
Renewals is a key revenue engine for Redgate, and the team continually refines its approach to hit individual and company-wide targets.
Requirements
You’ll bring experience in managing customer complaints, demonstrating strong listening skills, empathy, and a solution-focused mindset.
Interest in IT and technology, demonstrated through study, work, or personal projects
Motivation to build a career in technology sales
Comfortable working to monthly and quarterly targets
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage a busy workload
