As a Senior Specialist on the Finance Business Systems team, the Training & Digital Adoption Advisor leads the development of Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) across our financial landscape;
You’ll drive adoption and evolution for Oracle Fusion, EPM, and Procurement modules, ensuring a seamless digital experience across all our integrated Finance systems;
This role ensures that digital adoption initiatives, in-application guidance, and training resources are delivered in a structured and coordinated manner;
The Program Manager works closely with business stakeholders, training teams, developers, and release management teams to ensure digital guidance aligns with business processes and system releases;
The role oversees project planning, resource coordination, governance, and quality assurance for OGL programs and ensures that digital adoption solutions are delivered consistently, on time, and aligned with organizational priorities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience;
Significant experience designing, developing, and delivering training programs, preferably within ERP implementations;
Ability to work with in-application guidance tools and content creation platforms;
Understanding of the SaaS implementation lifecycle;
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or similar systems;
