Role Overview
- Contribute to Swan’s Compliance Framework by supporting regulatory topics related to banking activities
- Ensure alignment of business initiatives and product developments with legal and regulatory requirements
- Participate in regulatory monitoring and assess potential impacts on Swan’s activities
- Support preparation and review of partnership and supplier agreements
- Collaborate with Risk and Product teams to ensure regulatory considerations are accounted for

- Ability to communicate clearly with different teams
- Experience in banking regulation
