Drive category growth through market analysis, opportunity identification, and well-executed commercial initiatives.
Lead a team of Account Managers to build and strengthen relationships with key accounts through joint business planning, target setting, and promotional activities to achieve sales goals.
Ensure strong marketplace health by focusing on key fundamentals such as brand/seller mix, assortment, pricing, and overall commercial performance.
Monitor inventory, deliveries, campaign execution, and commercial plans to ensure timely product availability and maximize sales opportunities across seasonal peaks and mega campaigns.
Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly business reports to improve visibility of category and brand performance for senior management.
Use data, market insights, and performance trends to recommend business actions, support decision-making, and pilot new initiatives.
Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to resolve operational and commercial issues, and to support category growth.
Requirements
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in e-commerce or a related industry; experience in business development, sales, or account management is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Finance, or a related field.
Prior people management or leadership experience is preferred.
Strong understanding of the fashion industry, with working knowledge of Southeast Asian markets.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to translate insights into actionable business plans.
Strong command of English, with the ability to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, relationship management, and time management skills.
Results-driven, highly organized, and able to prioritize effectively while executing with strong attention to detail.
