Mentoring Health Pros to improve their delivery for our clients
Acting as a patient advocate daily
Conducting provider research, producing quality care recommendations, cost comparisons, and medical bill processing analysis
Representing Healthcare Navigation in client presentations
Initiating process improvements and development of training content

Be a Senior Health Pro Specialist or Health Pro Consultant for at least 1 year
Be a Health Pro Specialist for at least 1.5 years
3 years’ experience in a benefits-related role or Bachelor’s, Associate’s
Able to work independently while providing support in a team environment
Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Possess ability and desire to learn continually in a changing environment
Be a critical thinker and problem-solver
Able to efficiently organize work activities to meet deadlines
Able to perform well under pressure, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in dynamic and evolving environment
