About this role
Role Overview
Provide warm, expert assistance across phone, email, and chat channels
Educate our pros on software capabilities, effective troubleshooting, and optimal workflows
Partner with Product, Success, and Engineering to bridge the gap between user feedback and technical solutions
Cultivate rapport through empathetic connection, transparent dialogue, and a splash of humor
Evolve into a Skimmer authority, mastering how our platform transforms the daily lives of pool professionals
Requirements
An ability to communicate with clarity, confidence, and warmth
Proven background in delivering top-tier customer and technical support
Understanding of billing workflows, reconciliation, accounting, and/or tools like QuickBooks Online (a major plus!)
A talent for juggling priorities while staying cool under pressure
A tech-savvy mindset with a passion for mastering and teaching new digital tools
Readiness to support our pros Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM CDT
