Responsible for planning and execution throughout the lifecycle of software solutions within the Salesforce domain
Create and prioritize product and business requirements
Work closely with business and technology teams to ensure business stakeholder and end user satisfaction goals are met
Develop user stories and process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions
Execute configuration, support, maintenance, improvement, Deployments, release, security, and development of our Salesforce sales cloud platform
Act as the liaison between our users, vendors and application development teams
Ensure compliance with WBD’s Software Development Lifecycle documentation
Management of the backlog of user stories and product enhancements
Facilitate the implementation and acceptance of new functionalities through testing
Deliver ongoing support and system enhancements

2+ years of prior experience in a related field
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM platforms and ecosystem
