Senior Corporate Accounting Manager

Role Overview

• Provide enterprise-wide leadership, governance, and technical accounting oversight.
• Lead teams responsible for key areas including expense accounting, fixed assets, and intercompany accounting.
• Prepare and review financial reports and analyses for management decision-making.
• Direct monthly and quarterly close activities for accounting processes.
• Ensure compliance with statutory accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Manage, coach, and develop accounting staff, setting priorities and expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support business initiatives and resolve accounting issues.

Requirements

• 7+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with pension accounting, equity compensation accounting, lease accounting and enterprise or corporate accounting processes preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), internal controls and financial reporting
• Ability to form, lead and develop high-performing teams
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Significant experience with financial ledger software.
