Role Overview
- Performing daily BAU, Quality checks & audits for all Payroll Services activities
- Follows-up with various stakeholders for timely resolution
- Timely escalation for any delay or issue
- Responding to email questions
- Participating in the onshore call when needed
- Setup of Complex Payroll, Enrollment and for all new clients or make changes to existing clients
- Audits all Payroll Service activities for existing clients and new clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and verbal/written communication skills
- 1+ years in financial operations
- Good understanding of 401(K) Defined contribution will be an added advantage
- Degree from recognized university
- Intermediate Excel and basic knowledge of Access & SQL
- Flexible to work in US shift (1:30 PM
- 10:30 PM IST or 4:30 PM
- 1:30 AM IST)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail required
- Excellent time management
- Results oriented
