Coordinating activities related to project creation, data cleansing & investigation

Supporting the implementation of new tools, policies, and processes
Reporting directly to the Sr. Resource Manager

Excellent organization and time management skills
Post-secondary education in a related area to Project Management/Administration
Fully proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and other PM tools.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Outstanding attention to detail and adherence to project deadlines
Ability to handle multiple tasks/initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while meeting multiple deadlines.
Experience with Salesforce and Kantata
Project Management certification an asset – PMP/CAPM
Good understanding of the activities related to project cycles as established by the PMBOK & Project Management Institute
AI Fluency and/or use of M365 Copilot
