Role Overview
- Acts as the operational backbone of the Transformation Management Office (TMO)
- Supports delivery and governance of strategic transformation initiatives
- Ensures documentation integrity and produces executive-grade materials
- Manages meeting cadence and maintains integrated transformation roadmap across workstreams
- Takes end-to-end ownership of TMO meetings and documentation repository
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in PMO, transformation, consulting, or analyst roles
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet
- Familiarity with SharePoint or similar document management tools
- Exposure to Power BI is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the financial services or fund industry
- Familiarity with change management practices or process documentation
