Lead strategic learning initiatives in partnership with business leaders
Integrate instructional design, change management, and learning analytics to create programs
Manage performance support content and facilitate cross-functional initiatives
Align learning solutions with business priorities and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a corporate learning organization
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field, or equivalent business experience
Excellent performance consulting, facilitation, and project management skills
Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning software
Well-developed critical thinking and time management abilities
Working understanding of adult learning theory
Proficiency in ADDIE design methodology (AGILE experience a plus)
