Own paid social creative strategy end-to-end
Partner closely with UGC creators and agencies
Create structured testing frameworks across audiences and channels
Monitor and optimize key performance metrics
Analyze performance data to identify clear optimization actions
Own budget planning and performance reporting
Support corridor-level growth by adapting strategies to local market dynamics
Provide clear updates to leadership on paid social performance

5–7+ years of experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, or growth marketing
Paid social expert with strong hands-on experience scaling Meta and/or TikTok campaigns
Proven experience growing new users, active users, or MAU through measurable acquisition initiatives
Strong affiliate growth experience, including affiliate networks, mobile partners, publisher relationships
Experience managing partner performance and channel scalability
Strong paid social creative strategy experience, including crafting briefs and hooks
Solid understanding of mobile app funnels, onboarding, activation, attribution, and conversion optimization
Experience with attribution and analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, GA4, or similar platforms
Strong analytical skills, with confidence using Excel or Google Sheets
