Successfully transition experienced advisor recruits and their clients to RBC
Own the end-to-end execution of onboarding for new advisors
Be an expert in front-to-back-office Onboarding processes
Understand RBC’s products and solutions array and transition steps
Assess the progress of transitions and identify opportunities to expedite processes
Travel up to 50% to support new advisors and their teams
Manage and coach a team of Financial Advisor Transition Consultants
Partner with other management to support the full recruiting and transition lifecycle
Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Supervision for necessary onboarding requirements

Bachelor’s degree or job-related experience
10+ years experience at a wealth management firm
Proven dedication to and focus on client service
Strong communication skills
Proven ability to ask critical questions, anticipate problems/future needs, and take ownership
Demonstrated experience supporting financial advisors and client associates at a wealth management firm (nice-to-have)
Demonstrated experience working with different functional groups at a wealth management firm (nice-to-have)
Series 7, 66 and/or 9/10 (nice-to-have)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to create, execute, and maintain project documentation
Ability to take initiative, function independently, and work in a team
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects while ensuring goals are met
