Analysis of existing insurance policies (All Risks, CAR, Erection All Risks, Property Damage, Business Interruption, Third Party Liability for Directors, Employers’ Liability, Third Party Motor Liability, fleet insurance, etc.)
Negotiation of insurance policies to be taken out for the entire PHOTOSOL group
Management of subscribed insurance policies
Management of the commercial relationship with our insurance brokers
Support to Business Development, Construction, Operation & Maintenance and Finance teams in negotiating contract clauses related to insurance
Handling claims from the initial notification through to settlement, ensuring coordination of information and verification of proposed indemnities
Communicating necessary information to the Group’s brokers and insurers as the primary point of contact
Monitoring material coverages and any necessary technical assessments, including judicial expertise
More generally, providing insurance support for any Group operation.
Requirements
Master's degree (Bac +5) specialized in Insurance / Insurance Law
One or more significant professional experiences in companies (minimum 5 years), insurance brokers or insurers
Good command of Microsoft Office
Professional level of English required
Rigour, organizational skills, strong writing ability and ability to make proactive suggestions
Strong interest in the renewable energy sector.
