Role Overview
- Owning and executing content strategy for Thailand and Vietnam
- Driving relevance, scale, and measurable business impact across MAU, retention, and revenue
- Ensuring content quality and cultural resonance
- Leading discovery and performance across search, editorial, and recommendations
- Driving editorial and trends leadership across various surfaces
- Acting as a strategic partner to the Country Managers
- Building relationships with local creators and partners
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in content strategy, regional business operations, or similar role at a high-growth tech or media company
- Genuine pulse on what resonates culturally in Thailand and/or Vietnam
- Comfortable shaping strategy and executing without waiting for a playbook
- Ability to bring cross-functional teams along and build alignment
- Comfortable assessing content performance and translating insights into strategy adjustments
- Fluent in Thai or Vietnamese (or both) with cultural knowledge and language skills to work effectively across both markets.
