Assign and manage incoming real estate leads across internal platforms
Track lead status and ensure timely follow-ups by agents
Maintain accurate records and updates within relocation/referral systems
Coordinate with internal teams and agents to ensure smooth lead distribution
Monitor pipelines to ensure no lead is left unattended
Requirements
Proven experience as a Relocation Coordinator or Leads Manager within a large real estate brokerage
Hands-on experience with at least one of the following platforms: – eRelocation (by ASK) – AnywheRE / Leads Engine (by Realogy) – Broker Center (by Cartus) – Global Referral Network (by Sotheby’s International Realty) – CIH Network (by Compass Real Estate)
Experience working with established brokerages (e.g., Sotheby’s International Realty, Compass, or similar)
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) – C1/C2 level
