About this role

Develop insights and conduct analyses to support the guest product side of the business
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, and data science teams
Define data requirements and success metrics
Sync regularly with product and engineering partners
Conduct deep-dive analyses and produce clear, actionable readouts
Design and maintain a suite of self-service dashboards
Design and analyze experiments to measure impact of product changes

5 to 10 years of analytics or data science experience
Expert-level or very proficient in SQL for data analysis
Comfort and familiarity with Python
Hands-on experience with experimentation (A/B testing and experimental design)
Familiarity with dashboarding concepts
Prior experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus but not required
Experience working on software products and product surface areas
Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
